Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the GrillzPhotoAI app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Mustafa Can Oğuz (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS."

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address)
  • The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
  • The operating system and device model you use

The Application does not collect precise (GPS-level) location data, but approximate location may be inferred from your IP address for analytics and service optimization purposes.

To provide its core functionality, the Application may collect user-generated content, including images you upload for enhancement. These images are sent to a third-party AI service (OpenAI) for processing and are not stored beyond the time required to return the result. The Service Provider does not reuse, store, or share these images outside of this purpose.

For a better experience, the Application may also collect the following personally identifiable information (PII):

  • Email address
  • User-generated images
  • User ID (e.g., Firebase UID)
  • Device ID

This information is retained only as needed to operate and improve the Application.

The Service Provider may use your information to contact you from time to time for support, notifications, or marketing purposes.

Sign in with Apple & Relay Email Addresses

If you use "Sign in with Apple" to create or access your account, you may choose to hide your email address. In this case, Apple provides us with a unique, anonymized relay email address (ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com).

  • We use this relay address to communicate with you regarding your account and app activity.
  • We do not have access to your real email address unless you choose to share it with us directly.
  • All communications sent to your relay address are automatically forwarded to your real email by Apple.
  • We comply with Apple's privacy requirements regarding these relay addresses.

⚠️ If you lose access to your Apple ID, account recovery is managed by Apple. We cannot assist with Apple account recovery.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services to improve performance, manage subscriptions, analyze usage, and process image generation. These services may receive anonymized or user-linked data.

Third-party providers include:

  • Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics
  • RevenueCat
  • OpenAI API

These services have their own privacy policies which you are encouraged to review.

Disclosure of Information

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:

  • As required by law (e.g., subpoena or legal process)
  • When necessary to protect rights, safety, or investigate fraud
  • To trusted service providers who assist in the operation of the Application, under confidentiality agreements

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application. This can be done using standard uninstall procedures on your device or through the app store.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the Application and submitted personal data, please contact the Service Provider to have the data deleted.

Security

The Service Provider values your trust and is committed to protecting your information. Appropriate physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are maintained to protect the data collected.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Application indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
